My name is Kellie.
I am a wife to my high school sweetheart, Shannon and a mother to Dalton, age 12 and Emma, age 8.
(My 3rd child is a 3 lb yorkie who is skilled in editing from sitting in my lap while I am working in my office) Our life is busy.
Our house is always messy! We eat out a lot. We wouldn’t trade it for anything!
I am a professional wedding, event and portrait photographer located in central Ky.
Being from a small town, I appreciate the beauty of home, but I am always ready for an adventure and I love to travel.
When I am asked how I began my photography career, my simple and honest answer is very common among my peers …
‘My love for photography grew with each of my children’. My passion for photography has grown also like my children over the years.
I believe that success is a journey rather than a destination and I am constantly striving to learn new things.
I am very proud of my versatility. Whether I am cuddling a sweet newborn, adjusting the bustle for new bride or stepping into the corporate world,
my heart is happy to be doing what I truly love.
When I began my professional journey I only knew that I loved the images my camera produced and capturing moments for my clients became a passion.
As I have evolved as a photographer so has my style. I did not see it so clearly at first,
but a close friend once reminded me that my style is a true reflection of myself. I felt very exposed at that realization,
but I understood it and it spoke to my heart. The story my photos tell are ones that do not need words.
My style is soft, sweet and simple and I strive to capture the beauty and elegance that I see in you.
My great accomplishments are memories I can present to you that I have frozen in time to document your story…
and ones that I would love to hang on my own walls. I want your photos to tell the story of your life!
Thank you for your interest in my work and the images I have created. I look forward to sharing my photography with you!
Lots of Love,

Kellie,
I can see everything is going really well! You did mine and Brittany’s wedding in May of 2009, seems like forever ago doesn’t it? Well, its been three years and I have never bought the pictures from you (a couple deployments to Iraq will do that). I don’t know if you still even have them, but was hoping you did because I would like to have the for this Valentines Day. Hope everything is going good for you and your business.
Thanks,
Michael
